I voted for Exumer but my favorite 3rd tier band is Deathrow.

There are loads though, I probably dig more 3rd tier thrash than the very big bands.

Yeah it definitely took a little while to grow accustomed to the vox of Sean Killian but the music more than makes up for any of his shortcomings IMHO.
