Why this band isn't on the No Life Til Metal page is almost a crime. Such a badass band, that had a nice comeback. The Hell demo with David Halliday was damn good, but with the label collapse, and the passing of David Halliday, the band went away for many years until coming back in 2011 with their first full length album Human Remains, followed up 2 years later with Curse and Chapter. A great NWOBHM band.

It's not on NLTM because I don't yet have any in my collection. So much metal out there, so little money to buy it all.
I'm also missing great bands like Demon, Enforcer, Night Demon, etc. Some of those will be added soon enough.

Never heard of them...till now ! The live clip is outrageously good. The crowd. The stage. His voice sounds pained -guitar work is heavy, hot and smooth - gothic - very dark - Edgar Allan Poe revisited. Studio recording sound - is well done ( no pun attended ).

Hell were a really local band for me but sadly I never got to see the original band. The demos were the stuff of legend where I lived but I've got to be honest, by the time I heard them I was massively into stuff like Sodom, Possessed and Kreator so I maybe didn't appreciate them as much as I do now.
Since they have reformed they have been great. It's nice to see people like Andy Sneap & Bill Steer with Angel Witch giving something back to the bands that were a massive influence but never got the breaks.

Great band, it's a shame they don't have a huge following.

Very good band. I was about to pick up their cds recently, but with little money left, i ended up picking two cauldron cds instead. By the way when can we expect a new NLTM update?
