A very good opener to the best Maiden album ever. The chorus on Blood Brothers gets tiresome.

The Wicker Man - vs - These Colours Don't Run
I love both. And it's pretty tough to vote against such a great pure rocker like the Wicker Man, but These Colours Don't Run is just a perfect epic Iron Maiden song.

Dream of Mirrors - vs - When the Wild Wind Blows
A very good matchup, actually. Similarities are there. Two terrific epics. When the Wild Wind Blows has more and better melodies. But Dream of Mirrors has that fast break... argh. I'm gonna vote blank. It's a draw. No! When the Wild Wind Blows is the winner. It's 11 minutes and not repetitive. That's something amazing that needs to be recognized.

Tears of a Clown - vs - Dance of Death
Decisions just keep getting harder. I instinctively answered Dance of Death (I have some funny memories of drinking beers and dancing to this song in a cabin in Transylvania), but Tears of a Clown still seems like a winner. Could be because it's more fresh? But I need something to separate the two. Dance of Death. More complex, more interesting, more entertaining.

Empire of the Clouds - vs - El Dorado
Finally an easy decision. And I generally like short songs.

Brave New World - vs - Wildest Dreams
The title track is one of the better tracks off of Brave New World. Maybe even the best? Great verses. Emotional singing. Steve gallop. Win. Wildest Dreams wasn't among my favourites on the Dance of Death LP.

No More Lies - vs - Out of the Silent Planet
Another very tough matchup. Both are catchy, have great melodies, but both also get a little repetitive. Like Virtual XI, only better. I went with the catchier chorus.

For the Greater Good of God - vs - Ghost of the Navigator
My favourite 21st century Iron Maiden song. Versus what I consider one of the biggest challengers. What an unfortunate matchup.
