I ended up finding this band while surfing through some Iron Maiden history. I came across their very first vocalist, Paul Day and found out he was part of two bands Sans-Maiden. One of them being More and the other being Wildfire.

Well I ordered the two CDs by More, one of them not featuring Paul Day... but I popped it in and its a great CD, a very solid rocker.

I will post about the other one when I get it.
