| Dang. Another one? By the way, it's Dan, not Don. _________________ I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too.

| Dang! I just watched him this past holiday season in the semi-cult-classic Christmas horror schlocker "ELVES" from 1989. It was a hoot. Rest well, sir. (tips hat) - Quote :

| Wow, another star...This just seems like too many this close together. I don't want to say he was a recluse, but every once in a while I would think about Dan and Grizzly Adams and wondered what he was doing. I also remember him on the Battle of the Network Stars. He was one of the stronger competitors. | |

| My kids and I just saw him within the past year or so on an episode of "American Pickers" of all things. The guys from the show visited his home and bought some motorcycle stuff and artwork from him. He still looked the same as he did back in the 70s! _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| I texted my Dad this news earlier. When the sentinel was but a wee lass I would sit on the couch and watch Grizzly Adams with him.
Rest in Peace, sir. | |

I was gonna mention that! I remember he was hesitant to sell his portrait/painting. | |

| I was watching a semi-recent action movie the other day, and a background actor (as a bearded biker) looked exactly like him, it definitely looked like him, but yes, older than the Grizzly Adams days, but when I check IMDB, he isn't listed. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0353624/ | |

| The last "Grizzly" type movie he did was 1997 "Grizzly Mountain" and in 2000 "Escape to Grizzly Mountain". And in those one, he just doesn't look right without the long hair and beard: | |
