Sci-fi themed metal?

What are some metal bands with sci-fi based lyrics? I already know about Scanner and Voivod, who are some other bands in that vein?

On their album Universe, DBC took something of a sci-fi slant.

Seikima II, the Japanese metal band, made this song called Stainless Night. Here is a direct translation with the Japanese alongside the English:

Isn't Lord Liege's Master Control a sci-fi themed album? I'm not terribly familiar with the lyrics. All I know is that it's a kickass record.
