My favorite Canadian band is most definitely Razor with Triumph a close second.
-but out of the ones you selected I would go with Helix.

The only band on that list I'm even remotely familiar with (besides Rush) is Helix, so they get my vote.

Dig all the bands on the list to varied degrees.
Triumph is my choice, but I didn't do the other option.
I did pick a band from the list and that is Headpins. Darby Mills was a hottie and a half.
Another great band from Canada is Saga (IMHDO)

From that list, I went with Slik Toxik. The only other one I have any familiarity with would be Killer Dwarfs.
