That's another good one. I wasn't really into Dire Straits until Brothers came out. Then I went back and bought the rest of their stuff. I think initially Mark Knopfler's vocals put me off; he sounded too much like Dylan.
But I got over it.
I have to agree, very much a grower band, his vocals do sound a little bit like Dylan, but I am ok with that bit, being I am a major Bob Dylan fan.
