Standing on the front porch...of what looks like a quality out-house?? 1:15 - two chicks kissing on a old fashion bed, outsdide, is kinda cool - 2:15 - two different chicks want to read Tyler's future - lol - action ! No one quite dresses like him. He looks unusually good for his age too. They sure push the mic stand silk cloth decorations -is long - 7 miles - The racoon seemed natural enough - probbly checking out the video shoot !

Steven Tyler still has one of the best and most iconic voices around but he quite simply doesn't give a damn anymore. So long as the label is happy and the money keeps on rolling, he's good.

I think he performed this song on American Idol. I think it's a good song. Yeah I wish it "rocked" a little more but as Boris said Steven's voice still sounds pretty good. And I like the songwriting; very memorable. If the rest of the album sounds like this I'd pick it up.

If he's going completely off the hard rock reservation, I wish he'd go in this direction.
Love that song!

Not for me. I don't like "old school" country at all; although that track actually sounds more like blues to me; which I'm also not a fan of.
It is amazing how good Tyler's voice sounds though. At his age I have to suspect some knob-twiddling in the studio.

The only thing that will block that song from being a huge hit, is backlash from non-Rock purists. Very few Rock singers successfully break into that genre. But that song is a hit. If it were done by Little Big Town or something, that's Platinum.

I bet he has a good shot at it. Most country fans also like Aerosmith from what I've seen. If the songs are strong enough, he'll do pretty good I bet.
I liked the song, but wish I hadn't watched the video with it. Something about Steven Tyler's appearance/mannerisms/something.....annoys me for some reason.

I've always felt the same way about him. It hinders my enjoyment of Aerosmith.

Honestly, I like this song better than anything I've heard from Aerosmith in years and years.

The issue I have with this song/album is the way it's being produced. The whole thing just sounds like one big marketing ploy.
Big Machine Label Group assembled hit song writers and an in-house band to record everything. They were just waiting for a singer, any singer, to come in and lay down vocals. This could have been done by any up-and-comer or a seasoned vet. Doesn't matter. Heck, with the right promotion and some ProTools assistance, I'm pretty sure I could have gone in the studio and recorded this. It's that generic.

Unlike Bret Michaels or Ronnie Lee Keel, the record company backing this will throw enough money at this project to MAKE it a hit. Let the PR train start rolling. Anyday now, Steven will be showing up on talk shows, appearing at country-music award shows, NASCAR events, etc. They've invested allot of time and money to let this thing sink like the Titanic.

Hate to burst your bubble, but I think it's just a guy & girl. Just dirty, dirty hippies. They wouldn't risk that kind of controversy. Middle America still ain't ready for that.
