Cant say i agree with Bed of Roses, yeah, its got the lyrics about being hungover, but it still has a message of love all things considered. Have you ever heard any inappropriate songs at weddings? I went to a wedding recently and the DJ played Me and Mrs. Jones by Billy Paul, a song about having an affair.

Bed Of Roses also has lines about hanging out in a bar and being on the road as well as "And some blonde gave me nightmares, I think that she's still in my bed". So it's a song about drinking, being away from home and one night stands - definitely not the sort of thing you'd want to hear at your wedding.
I haven't watched the video, so I don't know if it's on that list, but Bon Jovi's Always is another candidate for for an inappropriate song as it's about a couple who's broken up and she's with someone else, but he's still claiming that he'll love her forever.

You beat me to it. It's torqued me off since my teens that people actually think it's a romantic song.

Pretty much anything by Guns N Roses qualifies, aside from Sweet Child Of Mine.

Not that it matters because I came in her planning to post "Roses on White Lace" by Alice Cooper, but the question posed in the thread is what inappropriate songs have you heard at weddings. Rf mentioned an actual song played at a wedding, but besides the Bon Jovi and Police...you guys have heard "F*** Like A Beast" played at wedding before?

That's only because Runicen hasn't invited us to his wedding.

In my defence I was going more by the spirit of the video because I've never heard Die, Die My Darling, Gold Digger or D-I-V-O-R-C-E at a wedding either!
My proper pick would have to be this one
This has been played at every wedding and family get together I can remember and it's really funny to watch drunken uncles throwing shapes to it without the first clue what the song is about! Love it!

If she'd stop calling it off when I give her the mandatory music list, I'd be able to get those invites out.

"You're All I Need" by Motley Crue. On a side note, i remember Nikki Sixx mentioning meeting Jon Bon Jovi who claimed that YAIN is one of the most romantic songs he's heard, which shocked Nikki.

I remember when Bam Margera had Iggy Pop & the Stooges at his wedding (Bam's Unholy Union) and they were banging out this song below. The disgust on every old persons face was awesome, especially that of his grandmother.

I've heard of Patience being used as a wedding song before.
