The Chicago Blackhawks have been as far as the Western Conference Finals five times in the past seven years, and this is their third Stanley Cup Finals appearance in that time frame. They won both times within this time frame, winning in 2010 against the Philadelphia Flyers and in 2013 against the Boston Bruins (their fourth and fifth Stanley Cups, respectively).
