Even though I'm trying to keep a scaled-down schedule, I've stumbled upon a release I simply could not pass by:
CLAYMOREAN (previously known as CLAYMORE) has recorded their 3-rd album "Unbroken", a huge step forward to their already awesome previous efforts. Fist-pumping, neck-breaking epic female-fronted power metal for fans of Battle Beast, Crystal Viper, Powerwolf, Manilla Road, just to name a few.
Expected to be released end of May/early June

I hate to disappoint you guys, I had no other choice but to cancel the SPELLCASTER release.
Simply put, the band forgot to mention the same release has been licensed to another label (Hellion Records from Germany) and earlier this morning it came to my attention that Hellion has already released it about 3 weeks ago.
It also happens that Hellion is one of Stormspell's distributors in Germany. Jurgen has always supported my releases, and I could not, and would not risk jeopardizing our long-lasting business relationship over a release. So I'm respectfully backing out of it.
Besides, the current state of the underground market is really too small and stagnant to accommodate two pressings of the same album. With PayPal and global online sales, it really helps no one.
Please don't be upset. I will support Hellion's release and will import plenty of copies for the US market, so everyone looking forward to it will have the chance to get a copy.

I've ordered 40 SPELLCASTER CDs from Hellion. Should be here in time for the distro update on June 9th, I hope.

You're talking about their latest s/t album, correct? I'm looking for the Under the Spell album.

Earache has acquired the entire Heavy Artillery back catalog and owns the master recording of "Under the Spell"... You better keep an eye on ebay and buy a copy of the original cd or lp

I'm not getting my hopes up, but ya never know. Might get lucky on ebay one of these days. Right now, $30+ for an album is too rich for my blood.

I hear ya. I'd love to re-release the album and the band is up to it, but I don't see this happening at this point...
