The Raid vs. The Raid 2

I bought The Raid 2 on DVD today.

Which movie do you prefer, The Raid (a.k.a. The Raid: Redemption) or The Raid 2?

I voted for The Raid. I've only seen that one, but I will see Raid 2 at some point.

Ha ha, yeah I meant Hard Boiled. Been a while since I saw it.

It really is that good. That whole one-shot with the different floors is damn gripping.

Suddenly I want to see these.

Reading some reviews, they look like both a throwback to and reinvention of the John Woo movies of of, which I ate up when I was younger. And it seems the violence factor is REALLY amped up here. I might be checking these out thus weekend.
