Now the feminists are coming after Metal!!

I'm not sure if you've heard of Social Justice Warriors (SJW) which mainly consist of feminist sympathizers and other politically correct adherents. They recently attacked video games for being sexist and non- inclusive. See #Gamergate for the scandal that went down. Just recently that guy who landed a rocket on a freaking comet (!!) was attacked for wearing a "sexist" shirt his girlfriend gave him at the press conference.
There coming after us next. Do I sound paranoid? Well, you haven't been paying attention (not that I blame you) to the manosphere and the pushback against extreme feminism. Don't underestimate them-they have the courts and a leftist media with an unrelenting agenda. You can laugh about this and yuck it up, but you would be truly underestimating the influence feminism still holds.

How can we prevent this from happening? What are the appropriate steps to take to make sure we're protected?

I REALLY despise the term "SJW" as it's incredibly overused and doesn't really mean much of anything, also you can't paint all feminists with the same brush, many of the ones I know personally do not care about things like this.

So no feminists are not coming after us, that's just paranoid nonsense if you ask me.  Nobody really gives a damn about the lyrical content and image of music anymore, the PMRC has long been irrelevant and the focus has shifted onto other forms of media.

BTW, Metalgate isn't really a significant movement at all, it's more of a joke then anything else.

I am not a Gamergate supporter in any way as i've been truly disgusted by many of the despicable things it's defenders have spewed out in order to defend it, and I find it hilarious that they claim the movement is all about "ethics" in journalism, yet i've rarely ever seen that come up in discussion and the majority of the time they're just harassing people for no good reason.

Also claiming that misogyny exists because of feminism(which is one of the most asinine things i've ever heard) makes zero sense.

But that is how the world works. Most people generalize and critically lump certain types of groups together - the good and the bad, but the critics will only see them as negative or positive.

I can see where misogyny has been created by feminism; when you have lying, fake weeping women that have men charged and jailed, and even if later the truth is revealed, it is too late as the damage has been done and can not be repaired.

There are rape hoaxes that women cause for many reasons, and women who lied about being physically assaulted.
I know men that have been ruined because the courts have always sided against them even though they were innocent,
and feminism has been a huge factor painting men as "evil"
