KICK AXE - Vices

This is an album full of great 80's metal hooks...so what did they choose for the cover?

A living vise-grip with googly eyes...  



So for kicks, I created an alternate cover which has almost as little to do with the music as the original cover, but I think it looks a little cooler!



It was fun to make anyway

The robot-vice-monster guy from the cover art was in one of their music videos from that LP,
at the start for of "On The Road to Rock". I thought it was ok back then.
I think I have (or had, I would have to look) 2 or 3 of their vinyl albums, but "Vices" is the only one I remember.

I have seen this band numerous times in the mid to late eighties and they definitely kicked axe. Enjoy all three of their eighties output.

I never heard of them growing up, then one day I think it was FF had put up some godawful video either or on FB, where that mascot is in video, that also featured Beethoven and others. The song was not bad, but video was horrible in a good kind of way.
