Believe it or not, I am a big Southern Rock fan. Mrs. Witchfinder clued me into this newish band from Texas that play old-school Southern Rock in the vein of Skynyrd. I doubt anybody here has heard of them but if you like that style it might be something you'd enjoy.
Check out their track "Virginia" as I think it's amazing.
"Anna Marie" is fun:
Who has a .243 as their first gun? Mine was a .22 followed by a 20 gauge. Check out "Ballad of a Southern Man."

Bought Firewater and the newest one this morning. Haven't listened to the new one yet, but Firewater is awesome and just the kind of thing I was looking for. This was a great pimp for a well deserving band.
