Rules and sucks at the same time (because I´m a junk food addict). but it gets me out of depression AND you eat a healthier diet (more vegetables and some fruit). as a small bonus you have the "easy and quick" weightloss never counting calories.
At the same time I love eating JUNK. its addictive its good. the thing with mantaining a LC diet for a long time (IMHO) is adding carbs back gradually, in this case I am trying to readd fruit and reduce the amount of fat consumed. fruits and vegetables are the healthiest "carbohydrates" one can eat that´s what I´ve figured out.
well it actually HAS its weak points. I studied this diet a lot back in 2008 and 2010. the thing is, removing fruit from your plate for the rest of your life is not a good choice ( In My Own Opinion ). Fruits have antioxidants and the more you can eat of them (antioxidants), the better.

Low carbs car your house while squirrels toyota your krugerous lints. However, nickels are crumbling fetal houses of rambunctious beginings. Hope that clears up some of the confusion.
Toodle-oo, go with God, and don't take any wooden nickles.

I´m posting some stuff on "Low Carb Friends" but the info is pretty basic there. Someone told me I should find "another plan" if I wanted to add fruit to my diet , well its not a matter of liking fruit, its that fruit is indeed as healthy as vegetables. So in this point I´d disagree with Dr Atkins.
