I´d call them Thrash/Death or just "dark thrash". they are more akin to the teutonic thrash for sure. If I could I´d vote for both, but I voted Sadus.

I really LOVE the "Dark Thrash" stuff, I try to grab as much as I can of it. But I also like the more melodic Bay Area stuff and Power Thrash and also the Crossover Thrash.

"Death/thrash" can refer to:

A) Proto-death metal
B) Moar-brootal-than-usual thrash
C) An even blend of the two genres
D) Extra thrashy death metal

Well I would disagree , but ... I mean Death/Thrash would be more aggressive than Thrash/Death in my views ... I really love this type of music if anyone could give unexpected suggestions I´d accept.

There´s a brazilian band called Vulcano that I think falls in this category. my problem with them is that they are overtly satanic. Its still hard for me to get into really satanic music ...

Yeah, another great band! Bloody Vengeance is up there with my favorite Brazilian extreme metal records from Sarocfago, Holocausto, Impurity and Sextrash.

Demolition Hammer is another GREAT band and a recomendation for Scott.

Well talking abour Brasil , Chakal should be mentioned. I think they have this type of sound. and its Old School stuff. well its all there to check on youtube.
