You certainly put allot of thought into an album you hate.

This was where I got off the Pantera train too. I liked "Cowboys" well enough but "Vulgar" didn't do much for me aside from one or two tracks. I guess I just wasn't angry enough.

My favorite Pantera albums are Power Metal, Cowboys, Vulgar and FBD. I really like Vulgar a lot and it's their best in my opinion. Trendkill was too abrasive and drugged out for my tastes and Reinventing was a nice return to form, but seemed a bit uninspired.

Well, I think Cowboys is great (I have always wanted to hear the stuff prior to it,but have yet to still). Vulgar is good enough I guess, but a definite step down from Cowboys. After that, they really went south. I had both Far Beyond and Trendkill but got rid of them. I never heard Reinventing and I'm not really itching to.
