| Kreator for me. Petrozza has a killer voice and the music had such a great mix. | |

Early Kreator nukes Sodom's entire career, but the former has went on to release some truly bad stuff. If not for that, Sodom wouldn't have been my vote (I only voted for them because of their consistent discography, whereas Kreator and Destruction both lost their identities). Yeah Sodom really stayed the course. I kind of like the industrial Kreator era, but not enough to actually own those discs.

| I went with Destruction. I haven't heard the Least Successful Human Cannonball (which by most accounts is terrible) but they pretend it doesn't exist, so I'll do the same.Kreator comes in second for me. I guess they have some bizarre releases as well but I have yet to hear any of them except for Renewal. That one is ok but it's a bit off. Even the vocals on it sound different to me. | |

| I went with Kreator. When I first heard Endless Pain, Pleasure To Kill and the Flag Of Hate ep I was floored. | |

| Sodom!! Just because there 80's albums changed how I listen to music and everything from Code Red to In War and Pieces is awesome. I'm not to big into the stuff they did in the 90's a few good albums here and there but I haven't give it a ton of listening time.
Coming in second I will say Witchburner another great German thrash band they formed in the early 90's.

| Voted Assassin, as their 1st album is unbelievable, but i like all of the bands from that list(at least their albums from the 80s). | |

| I usually lean slightly towards Sodom, simply because they stayed pretty true to their roots. I like early Kreator more, and Destruction's All Hell Breaks Loose and The Antichrist albums are very mighty indeed. _________________ You're cancer, you can't be the answer, you're killing me

| The German thrash scene has always been less appealing to me. Mostly because I like very crunchy thrash, versus just breakneck fast thrash (though I do get in the mood for that some times). Thus, Coroner have always been my favorite of that bunch, although Sodom has some heavy crunchy stuff in their catalog (though I am not a fan of their early stuff). | |

| Celtic Frost since you included them in there, rightfully so but you just don't often see it because of how they are lumped in with other stuff... after that Sodom and Coroner. | |

I believe that Teutonic just refers to being German. Like Accpet has that song "Teutonic Terror". I may not be 100% right, or there may be other elements. Because I don't think Coroner and Celtic Frost are German...so maybe it's a bigger region than just Germany?
