Picked up Prong's "Cleansing" disc recently and dang, if "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck" doesn't get your head banging then I don't know what will...

Never got all the praise about R&W :PMy choice would be Balls to the Wall - THE ultimate metal album. This and Defenders of the Faith are two records that define heavy metal to me. From there it depends, Breaker for sheer menacing sound, Metal Heart or Russian Roulette if you're looking for more "refined" one. Objection Overruled is great also. Both comeback albums are considered masterfuil works too. For U.D.O first three (Animal House, Mean Machine, Faceless World) are what you need, with Animal House being probably the best to begin with, plus Holy. Basically from that point there is little difference between albums since everything post Mathias Dieth (axeman) follows exactly the same formula.
Now that I think of it, Vicious Rumors' Welocme to the Ball always gets me going. So does Grim Reaper with Rock You to Hell, to a lesser extent. And how about some Warrior

Accept - Restless & Wild but since you have that one, go with Balls to the Wall or Metal Heart. You can't go wrong with Blood of the Nations either.
