| I never thought I would go with digital books (kindle) and magazine subscriptions but it is working out pretty good for me. I had so many books and now I am starting to get rid of them from the shelves and download books. My local library even lets you download some books on loan for free. The only books I still want physical books of (no Downloads) are graphic novels. I have never tried the digital magazine idea but I am considering that now. What does everyone else think about this subject? | |

| I hate digital books. I need a physical book/magazine. I stare at a computer screen all day, and the last thing I want to do is stare at another screen when reading for pleasure. | |

| I'm the same as witchfinder. I work at a computer all day, so I prefer the physical copy to read (comics mostly). If I didn't, I probably would go digital just for the convenience of it. | |

| I much prefer the physical copy. The kindle is fine for stuff like novels, but I read a lot of nonfiction for study, research, and devotion, and I need to ability to flip back and forth that a physical book gives me. | |

| I'm torn. My wife and I are bookworms. She uses her ipad to read anymore. I'm more along the lines of the three previous posters. BUT. I am so freaking sick and tired of books swarming our house. | |

| I see more and more people getting tablets, readers, ipads etc while I like the idea I dont see myself really using one. I pefer books and magazines like most of you guys perfer cds over mp3 and digital. My reasoning is, if your traveling you dont have to turn your book off | |

| I like both. I have stuff like coffee table books where you have got to have the physical copy, and then other editions of things where I just like the packaging, and then there is more simple stuff where it just makes sense to have it on the iPad...which, if you have one, subscribe to 'Discover' or 'Hi Fructose' and tell me that image quality doesn't trump the physical format..... digital mags are just great, although I would favor a tiny price cut for a per issue thing...... most of them are counting on the subscription right now.. | |
