Doug Stanhope tonight!!!! My bro is getting me into his sold out [for months] show in gratis tonight! My fav comedian of all time! Swwwweeeeeeeeettttttt!

Vio-lence and Sacred Reich on the first of June, can't wait! Not really my favorite bands, but bands I've liked since I was just discovering metal. Vio-lence I've never really gotten into cause the singer annoys me. Sacred Reich is the one I'm really looking forward to seeing.

The Heep/Priest show was awesome! It worked very well having UH as an opener.

And Priest's setlist on this tour is full of gems. They switched out all of the songs they played from Firepower last tour for new ones like Necromancer and The Spectre. And I never thought I would hear them play stuff like "Out in the Cold," "(Take These) Chains)" and "All Guns Blazing"!


My next show is WARRANT this Saturday!

Warrant was great last night. It was awesome to hear some deep cuts off of Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinkin' Rich like "Cold Sweat" and "Ridin' High."


Next show: Sammy Hagar and the Circle next Friday! Unfortunately, this is one of the shows where Night Ranger is not opening. Instead we get Vince Neil

Sammy Hagar and the Circle were awesome last night! Probably the closest I'll get to seeing the Van Hagar lineup. Sammy and Mike and have such a great on-stage chemistry. Vince Neil was as he always is. And the surprise guest opener was Don Felder who played about 25 minutes of Eagles hits. Not a huge fan of that band, but a lot of the crowd seemed to be into it.

Next show, next Saturday: THE VEST. i.e. Geoff Tate doing Operation: Mindcrime front to back.

I'm going to see KINGS OF CHAOS tomorrow. It's a touring supergroup. This year's lineup:

Finally a great show in Pittsburgh!

Unless something cool pops up soon, my next show is Iron Maiden on July 22nd.

I'll be seeing some local bands in Korea when I'm over there from next week through mid-July.

Then my next show will be Autograph and Stryper on July 18.

Seeing Dokken tonight. Hoodlum Johnny is opening. I've never heard of them but will check out their album this afternoon before the show.

Saw Ace Frehley with Enuff Z'Nuff opening last week. It was a glorious show! A bit of a lull coming up before Deep Purple in October.
