Wicked psyched for this. I just found the leak actually and can't wait to receive my copy. Gonna listen tonight because I'm a sucker and always took a sneak at my Xmas presents as a child.Somethings never change.
Anybody have the same fanaticism as me with everything Ayreon? So much good music coming out as of late I just might go broke this week. Also, check out the prog giants who guest on this.
Dutch guitarist/composer Arjen Lucassen will release the new AYREON album, "The Theory Of Everything", on October 28 via InsideOut Music. The artwork was once again created by Belgian artist Jef Bertels, who has an incredible and distinct fantasy/sci-fi style.

Only recently I got into Ayreon.
I've know of Ayreon for some 15 years, and back then when I was more into prog I had their stuff on my to-buy list. But I never did buy any of them.
I did love Star One though, both albums. Damian Wilson is amazing. I love the heavy sound as well. I still kept thinking Ayreon is more proggy and atmospheric and it's better I won't get into that. Just takes a lot of effort and I'll end up with albums I listen to for a week and then never again.
But I was in the mood for something more mellow about a month ago and ended up picking up both Universal Migrator discs (the 2-in-1 special edition) and the Human Equation. Loved them both, as geeky as they were, and now I also have Into the Electric Castle and 01011001. I'm way too busy absorbing everything these albums have to offer to get the new one though. Give me maybe another 15 years...
Hey, I'm slow, I never even got past Dream Theater's Inner Turbulence album. I'm still stuck on that.
