Thanks guys. Taking a short break from the whirlwind tour of Los Angeles today. I bought a $5 day pass for Metro, took the subway downtown and stopped at various stations. Then grabbed the light rail train down to Long Beach, walked around the harbor for a little while and then came back.

Recharging my batteries (I'm old) before heading over to Silver Lake for dinner.

When I was back there in seminary school (ok it wasn't seminary, but it was a school, a science class) there was a person there who put forth the proposition...that plants would grow better when exposed to classical music as opposed to rock music. We planted bean plants and played classical for one set and rock for the other set. I think there was no difference. But I'm wondering if they tried this on humans, and were you a baby that might have been involved in a similar experiment? Smile

My Mother told me that when I was in the womb and for the first 6 months after I was born the albums I heard most around the house were Black Sabbath's debut, The Beatles White Album, Hendrix Electric Ladyland, Led Zeppelin I and Blue Cheer's Vincebus Eruptum. Those were my Dads favorite albums and she said he cranked the stereo constantly.
