If I go at all anymore, which is rare, I go alone. Got tired of seeing my wife knocked around or groped in the crowd. She's not that into live shows anymore either, so it's all good.

Concerts that I've actually gone to see since I moved to this rural area are usually county fair type affairs where the band is usually populist enought that I can find somebody to go with (we've had Styx, Loverboy, BOC, Joan Jett, etc.)
But if I were to go down to the city (Minneapolis) to see a selected show, I'd go by myself since the stuff I'd want to see bad enough to make the trip I don't share a taste with anyone I know. Mostly Euro type bands. But it's moot since I never seem to go even when I get the chance.
If anyone is going to see somebody like Amorphis or Axel Rudi Pell in Minneapolis in the next couple years go ahead and invite me!

I've never been to a concert alone. Doesn't sound like it would be much fun.

When I was in college I had travel by bus (through some questionable New York neighborhoods) or subway alone a couple of times to GET to a show, but I was always meeting up with someone at the actual gig.

I've always enjoyed going with another person. Now because of medical condition I really have to have someone with me. This Saturday will be concert number 5 since my stroke.

Always alone. Don't have any friends to go with. But I like to do my own thing, so it's probably for the best.

I always go with my gf.. Never attended a concert alone. I think it's a much safer trip when you're with someone in case of an accident or something else happening. I usually never go anywhere alone.

Yep, same here. I don't go to shows much anymore because A) it's usually too expensive and B) it would usually keep me up way past my bedtime (yeah, I'm old). But the last several concerts I've been to (KMFDM, Counting Crows, Wallflowers, Elton John) I went by myself and I didn't notice it being less enjoyable than when I went with other people back in the day.

Either way is fine.

I've enjoyed many, many shows with friends and loved ones over the years and it makes for a more memorable experience. The last few years though, I've been going mostly solo. I can't drag the wife & kids along and my friends are all a bunch of deadbeats.

I go alone, but I almost always see people I know there. I didn't see anyone I know when I saw Rush, when I went alone. Other shows I've travelled for, I've seen people I know there.

My little sister is a metalhead, we go to shows together all the time. The only show I have ever gone to alone was the Prong/Crowbar show last year & my cousin showed up so technically I wasn't alone.

I've only ever went with other people. I'm not sure I'd enjoy a show by myself (sure, the concert is the same but Ithink the experience would be slightly off)

I enjoy going with somebody if they're into the band as well, but I usually go alone, and I don't mind.
