Had come to terms with things a few weeks ago after my entire band quit on me via txt message. I have put Avenger of Blood to rest. I feel like the legacy of this band is shattered in many different pieces and there is no way to put that back together as a full band. I am still debating if I should kill it off altogether, or if I should keep continuing to record and release on my own with some friends and colleagues helping out. The recent recording we were working on will be finished but not released and that really pisses me off to no end. Fu****g bull$hiT childless ^^^^s in Vegas!

Another opportunity has arisen which I am studying my ass off for and I am pretty damn excited about. I won't say what it is as it is top secret, but I really hope it pans out! At least my fingers are crossed for it!

Why in the hell would guys put so much effort into writing and recording only to quit via text and not want the stuff released?

You're gonna replace Lombardo in Slayer? Very Happy

But seriously... sorry to hear that AOB is done, but best of luck in your future endeavors.

Damn that blows. I really liked where you were heading with that last EP. I do hope you continue with it in some way. Maybe you could do it like Jeff Waters, & just keep putting together random members until you find some that will stick?

I believe he was filling in until they could find a new drummer.

Sorry to read your bad news, Lurideath. Crying or Very sad Hopefully, you can find some new members (that share the same vision as yourself), and keep your band going.

It's a long drawn out confusing story.

Seventh Calling I quit for awhile and rejoined when they fired the drummer that replaced me. I did 5 more shows with them and we went our separate ways when they relocated to South Dakota. That's around the time I was putting AoB back together.
