Not famialiar with either ones of those you posted, but I can dig some rockabilly/psychobilly from time to time.
The Cramps and Ghoultown wouldn't seem out of place here.

I bought this cd many moons ago. Has a distinct rock-abilly sound. Ron Zombie, I think had his hand in this. To give it an evil touch ! I still listen to it, every now and then. Guitar surf sound. I walked into a small record store, guy had this on the speaker - sold !

If I'm not mistaken, I think Rob Zombie released their first album on his own Zombie-A-Go-Go label. He may have produced it too.
We had a copy of this at work, but it disappeared before I could "borrow" it myself.
