new Satan record - Life Sentence

Just came out. Rocks. This is NWOBHM so this better get more replies than my Stormwitch thread.

Dude I had no idea Satan was still around. God, this is so old school, I love it. Original line-up?

I totally hate the coverart. Hope the album is better, is it on spotify?

Been thinking of starting a music streaming service for metalheads. Rare/obscure bands, shitload of NWOBHM, and no ads about Taylor Swift and Niki Minaj. Perhaps I should go Kickstarter to raise funds and secure the rights.

I like the artwork! Like the record a lot! (haven't heard all of it though) The best track I've heard is Another Universe

Ordered this from Shadow Kingdom earlier.

Streamed it on the road yesterday. It's absolutely awesome, sounds like it was recorded back in 1981. The mix is super dry and rockin', the riffing is catchy, and the melodies are memorable. Pure vintage NWOBHM, highly recommended.

I bought this. Otherwise excellent, but two issues:

1. It's too short. It's not 1983. An album doesn't need to be 40 minutes. The songs wear out too fast.
2. The singer sounds like the Volbeat guy. I'm not a big fan.

But the riffs and the music in general is great. I love Ramsey. I love Graeme English.

30 years later - same band mates - impressive !
Life sentence - seems like someone who did serious time - but was innocent.
I watched the news a few months back - dude was set free - 20-30 years.
Dude was going to sue in court. He died during the process.
His family is still not giving up - trying trying - to get big money.

This album is great.
EARTH INFERNAL.
