- It's strange how opinions vary, isn't it? I much prefer Brave to Season's End (even though SE has my favorite Marillion track); and I much prefer Script to Fugazi and Misplaced Childhood. I probably need to give that one another spin though, as I haven't listened to it in a long while.
For the Fish ones, I absolutly love Misplaced Childhood and Clutching At Straws (my all time favorite Marillion album). Hey, at least you're not one of those douchebags who whine and b*tch about Hogarth fronting Marillion (despite the fact Hogarth has been with them 3 times longer than Fish was).

If I recall correctly, my first Marillion album was Brave, so I've always liked Hogarth. He's a great singer, and I think his voice fits their sound perfectly. And on that note:

Yeah, Hogarth has a great voice. However, my Marillion listening only goes up to marillion.com. I just couldn't get into Anoraknophobia and lost track of them. Ever heard Fish's solo albums? Some great stuff right there!

| followed by: McLaughlin leads a trio featuring Elvin Jones through a nice selection of John Coltrane tunes (or tunes associated with Coltrane). The only drawback is McLaughlin's overly processed guitar tone, but that was "the thing" in the 90s. |

| Despite the title this is not a 'Best Of' but rather the 4th Jamaican release from The Wailers released in 1971 but recorded during '69-'70 before the band's involvement with Lee 'Scratch' Perry. | |
