Help With Posts

Everytime I type something up in the message body. Every time I hit enter for a new line it double spaces. This makes it very hard for me to post properly. Also when I paste from word, it automatically shows up in smaller letterings the the default size.

Another really annoying thing is, when I used to post pictures using the icon, I would get "{img}URL{/img}" (I use regular brackets obviously), now the whole picture shows up and makes it very difficult to post properly and if I need to go down a space for another picture, I get that automatic double space.

I'm have ways around this but they are more time consuming and annoying as all get out.

Anybody have some suggestions, as I'm sure the problem is on my end. I have a hunch it's something to do with internet explorer, but there HAS to be something I could do to fix it.

since you are using windows, Shift + Enter disables paragraph spacing and allows you to space regularly. as for the images, just use photobucket, imagebam, or imagevenue. a lot more reliable & you get the thumbnail code.

I found out what my prpblem was. If you look at the box where you post your replies, there is a symbol kind of like:

A/A

Somehow I accidently toggled it and that caused the problems with my posts. I have untoggled it and now it's back to normal.

I wish I had seen this earlier. I had the same issue a couple months back. The only thing to remember is that if you want to cut/paste album or DVD pics from something like Amazon, you need to toggle that icon back to the other way. Once you paste your pic, just remember to change it back and you're back to single-space.
