I think it's funny that people think the moon landing is fake.
What i always wonder is why does nobody doubt the russians and their Luna 2 mission, the first time a spacecraft landed on the moon. It was in 1959, just 14 years after World War 2 in which Russia suffered heavy casualties and damage. 2 years later they sent Gargarin into space, again, nobody doubt this. The USA lands on the moon and it has to be fake...weird. Especially if you think about that the USA were basically not really damaged by WW2 but instead managed to loot a whole lot of modern equipment and technology from Germany and with "Operation Paperclip" got ahold of all the top scientists Germany and Japan had at the time.
Wernher von Braun was probably the best rocket scient back then and in 1939 he started to think about the possibility of sending humans into space (then the Nazis started all those weird experiments in their death camps with pressure chambers, low oxygen tests and so on, as grim as it sounds, i think all those horrible experiments and their results were also very helpful in developing the space programs)
