What's the weather today

I had to get out of my subdivision today so I could pick up the oncall phone. Stupid, lazy-ass plowers made one perimiter pass around my cul de sac and left everything else. I had to shovel about 10 feet out into the street to get to the only path they made and then be careful not to get stuck in all the crap they left in the middle. I had to move a ton of "snow boulders" in addition to the 13 inches of heavy wet snow we got.

That's city services for you. My subdivision used to contract the plowing and those guys would plow/back up, plow/backup over and over in the cul de sac until all the snow was out of the way. And if you'd already shoveled your driveway, they'd push the snow to the sides of the opening to your driveway. Now we have city workers doing it. Lazy, frickin' union bastards.

Dude, the preferred term is "homosexuals". And they aren't all stupid and lazy. Most are quite intelligent and hard-working.
