My metal diet has been real slim over the last few months. I usually listen to metal at work, so during the vacation months, I rarely listen to my own stuff. And when I came back to work, I had to step in for the manager, who was on vcation, and being the boss for a few weeks meant having no mp3 player, in case of a customer showing up, or the phone ringing. Finally my regular work schedule is back on track, and here is what I have been listening to for the last week:

I like most of that album, and the first half is outstanding! But I find the last part of the album to be a little duller. It's like they go from being Mercyful Fte to Grim Reaper. Nothing wrong with Grim Reaper, but they ain't no Mercyful Fate!

Cetainly the best thing I've heard from Obituary since The End Complete.

I thought Destiny was the best Stratovarius album I heard, but this almost blows it away. So glad I found this (had a t-shirt of the album a long time ago-one size too small for me, but such great artwork I wore it dammit!).
