| Napalm Death released their third full length album, Harmony Corruption. After two albums in the grindcore genre which they pioneered, Napalm Death ditched the grindcore sound and became a 100% death metal band. Although grindcore elements would return to Napalm Death's sound on some of their later albums, they were never pure grindcore again. Although nearly all Napalm Death albums have at least some death metal influences, this is the only Napalm Death album that is pure death metal from start to finish. A great album, and my favorite Napalm Death album overall.  Appreciate! | |

| I remember when this came out and they caught some flack for 'going to Florida' to have that "Florida Death Metal" sound. I really like it (but then again most albums recorded at Morrisound Studios seem to have a great production). | |
