Almost sounds like pure noise but hidden in there is some decent technical musicmanship. Either way crushingly brutal.

To the untrained ear it's noisy but to those who dig deeper (or people like you who listen to a lot of death and grind) they can hear the talent. While not something I listen to on a regular basis, I quite like it.

Not 100% sure what the "spirit" of the post was, but if Overkill is safe then I'd go with one of their slower/heavier tracks...
or Skullcrusher or Horrorscope or Ignorance & Innocence...etc.
