Little Help?

I know I'm going to catch a lot of crap for this but I'm old so I really don't care.

I'm sure by now you've all seen this song during the Chase (?) credit card commercial. Today I finally got curious enough to look up the name of the song and the artist. What I need help with is the name of the album this is from. I've looked all over the place with no luck. It may not even be on an album and the fact that the artist's name is "LP" makes searching even more complicated and the song is called "Into The Wild" which isn't exactly a novel song title. Here's a live version of the song which I find oddly captivating. I appreciate any help.

I was trying to find a wikipedia link but didn't have any luck. Looks like it's on the Warner Bros. debut coming out later this year.
