Huh... Apparently, Ian Paice DID play drums at that show. I had no idea and I've had a copy of that bootleg for YEARS now. I'll have to give it another listen. The band was tight as hell.
For some real interesting ephemera, the third Scoop collection by Townshend has some of his original versions of the songs Gilmour modified for his solo album. I think Townshend did some of their collaborative material on his own, but I'm a bit vague on how that material was distributed.
Oh, and in keeping with my resurrection of this thread: here's the lead single from Amused to Death for those curious. Personally, I think it's easily on par with anything the Floyd ever did.

I'm more partial to Gilmours solo stuff over Waters. I have Amused to Death and could never get into it.I've listened to a couple others on YouTube, and they really did nothing for me. Gilmour has some rely great stuff on his solo albums. Some not so great too, but overall he's more to my liking. Even with Pink Floyd, I seem to like the songs he wrote more so than Waters. But don't get me wrong, there really in no bad song in Pink Floyd to my ears. And I know they would never have been as great as they were without both in the band.
A little surprised nobody mentioned Richard Wright's solo album, Wet Dream. I'd rank that one higher than most of Roger Waters solo stuff as well.
