It's the follow up to "Snakes". It's more of a progression from the hard rock into the alternative rock territory.



But this album was the bridge to cross the waters so to speak. It's still hard rock. Only tinged with alternative metal and grunge.



I like the album, but it's not one of my faves from the boys. My preference lies with their 80s traditional metal stuff.



But I basically like all from Bride.

Somebody's been on a Queen kick lately.



BTW, Queen II is my favorite from the band. Ever research the meaning behind Fairy Feller's Master Stroke? It's all about a painting.

Actually I didn't know that. Queen II is great, as is most of their albums (at least until Hot Space era).

Queen was the next band after KISS that I became obsessive about when I was a kid.

I've read interviews with Brian May where he said Freddie used to drag them to the art museum to see this painting constantly.
