This one pops up in the rotation every so often and I really get a kick out of it each time. Just a fantastic bluesy-metal album. Great vocals, great tunes.

ooooh yeah, that's a great disc, it pretty much picks up where Die Happy's "VOLUME II" left off but in my book it's 100X better than the D.H. album... it could almost pass for a long lost Badlands record. Robyn Basauri sounds great on it. Too bad they were a "one and done" band.

I couldn't agree more. I play this CD at least once a month. I love this CD. Robyn's voice is wonderful on this disc. Chris Howell and Greg Chiasson sound great as well.
It is too bad that they were a "one and done" band.
I wonder where Robyn is today.....

I love it! I don't listen to it all that often but when I do I enjoy the heck out of it.

Why have I not heard of this band?

Why have I not heard of this band?
Probably because it came out in 1994, when this type of music was utterly, totally, unequivocally dead, and was on a label that went out of business almost as soon as they premiered. So when it was released, maybe a few dozen people at most were aware of it.
Seriously, if I hadn't been flipping thru an issue of Heaven's Metal in a bookstore in 1994 and seen an ad for it, I never would've known about its existence either.
Used copies are still fairly affordable (though of course, on Amazon prices range from reasonable to ridiculous) if you're so inclined...

Robyn Kyle was a great singer. Right up there with some of the best like Ray Gillen imo.

I love this cd even after 17 years of crankin' it up. The songs stand the test of time.

They had a few tracks on the Premium Cuts compilation. Always dug that 70s bluesy sound, and Robyn Kyle was a gifted (and pretty much completely unknown) vocalist. I'm a big fan of the track Soul Shaker!

One of my favorite discs. You could stamp Badlands on it and few could tell.

Good album.... Robin's vocals are stellar... No doubt about that....
Rugged Records released BC's "Rattle Your Cage" as well....
Robin contributed vocals to one song on the Ocean Records version of Joshua's "Surrender" album... Another lost gem but much more Whitesnake like in my book...
