Yeah, i agree. Specialy on the first cd you have many cool songs like WE GOT RHYTHM or LOOK AT ME NOW or the more famous HERO´S (later HEROES done under the name BRIDE). The second disc is different, less metal and more hard rock.

Yep. Even so, this album was released around the same time as Gin Blossoms "New Miserable Experience" and since it's pretty much the same style, I still would have thought it would move more units than it did.


Here we are more than 15 years later and I still play the crap outta Ring. This one and "Fun And Games" are my favorite Connells albums.

I would put "Fun and Games" in any top ten all-time favorite records list. And it would be right near the top. Funny thing about my fandom was it started when two high school friends of mine as a joke bought me a Fun & Games t-shirt (since my big catch phrase then was "it's all fun and games...till someone gets hurt"). They were big fans and I figured if I was going to wear this shirt I better find out about the music. Still remember finding it on sale at Sam Goody, popping it into the car cassette player, and "Something To Say" not even finishing before I was blown away. Big fan ever since.
