I agree; buying music is very important! If you like an artist enough to want their music, then you should like them enough to pay for it! I was talking to one of the bands that I played with the other day, and he said that he couldn't make money with the music, so he puts it up for free and makes money with merch. Really, he should be able to make money off of his music, and I don't think it's fair to take someone's work and not pay them back!

Well, that's my little rant on the matter

Thanks for all of the lists so far, we've got something like 200 artists now (just an estimate, I could be off), and Metal Metropolis of course has huge amounts of metal as well! We're doing good, guys!

You bet.....The Powermad was the most expensive for me to hunt down. I had a few cassettes as a teen...Bought one copy of Absolute power off ebay, it had scratches on it, paid what I thought was a hefty amount for it again...Then I bought Let the madness begins ep, and that was more like a very hefty amount.. They used to have both up on their myspace for free downloads, but no more..And are working on new material..I am extremely excited for this!!

Memorain was the hardest to track down.....

Well I amassed most of the 7000 cd from age 32 on. From 32 back was a blur with drugs and booze but I had a nice vinyl collection that I sold becuz of a woman never again will that happen.
