I usually just do a google image search for whatever..find it.
left click and go down to properties.... cut the image link and paste it in the box that says something like url of image from other site (3rd box, I think)
and that's how I do it...

I would recommend uploading the picture you want to your own acount on Photobucket, or something similar. Hotlinking to other peoples sites is not cool. Ask ultmetal!
