| Here you go, bro. My back insert has a little water damage and a crease down the center, so it's not perfect. Also, this scan is bigger than it should be, so you'll have to resize it. Once you do, all the colors and such should look better. I don't what the exact back insert pixel dimensions are.

| Weird. That pic isn't as big as it shows in Photoshop for me. Wonder what happened? The dimensions on my PC are showing 892 x 694. The link has it at 446 x 347. I think that's going to be a little too small. Looks like Photobucket resized it. Try this one:
