Ya, a lot the Russian cartoons from the 70's and 80's have that weird crayon look to them, but I think that's part of the charm. And the fact that they tried to turn Winnie the Pooh into their own version is hilarious.

That was trippy.
Reminded me of the "Simpsons" episode where "Itchy & Scratchy" cartoons were taken off of the Krusty the Klown show (they were moved to the show of his competitor, "Gabbo"), so Krusty's show replaced them with cartoons by "Eastern Europe's favorite cat and mouse team, Worker and Parasite!"
