anyone heard of Francis X?

Recently I purchased the album Tribal Music from hollywood by Francis X from amazon since I discovered them on hard n heavy vol 7 (remember hard n heavy?)
and I found them interesting. Anyway the album is good they sound like a combination of Crimson Idol era WASP and Joe Satriani. Unfortunately theres no info on them on the internet so what I think they were a 1 hit wonder hair metal band that never got any recognition and also they started out way too late like releasing their debut album in 1992 when grunge is the flavour of the year and still being a hair metal band along with other hair metal bands that started out way too late like bangalore choir and Firehouse. Anyway if any of you know any information of Francis X that would be great thanx
