Listening to Mental Funeral now. Absolutely fantastic. I had thought maybe the doomish upfront out in your face bass guitar would have been only a first album trait based upon a review that I had read. But then I started listening to Mental Funeral and there it is again. A definite plus for this music. And I might also add that I consider this album even better than Severed Survival.

It seems to me that I am hearing a very stong Black Sabbath influence here. Does anyone know if that is correct?

Oh and by the way I am listening to this through my Bose headphones and this so furious at times that I think it will take my head clean off. Autopsy 11840

The bass playing on Severed Survival is awesome. Steve DiGiorgio pushed limits on that album. haha.

Yes. Unless MC666 tells you differently I would say what I have written about them is pretty accurate. The bass is one the first two albums is fantastic.

yep, musically it's traditional old school death metal with a lyrical focus on all things gore.

they're a decent death metal band from Belgium. more melodic in sound, like early In Flames.
