I was a regular visitor to this website, especially that you can listen to samples of the albums.

Too bad it hasn't been updated in quite a while.

Along with NLTM, this is was one of my first usual stops for reviews. I liked it a lot. Wonder what happened.

I was a regular on the forums up until Andrew closed it.

I got introduced to a lot of bands by reading the site and by reading the message boards. Sure, Andrew's reviews are subjective, but that's one of the reasons I liked them. You kind of got a feel of what he thinks of different things in music. You shouldn't look at the ratings to see if an album is good or not. He overrates some things and underrates others. Don't we all do that?

I like melodicrock.com for their reviews. Metal-reviews.com was good though...
