What a nice song....

I always liked this song.....

......Holy crap that was brutal man. I listen to some pretty aweful stuff myself though so I try not to write bad comments about other bands people like, but that was horrible. I was checking other songs that were associated with that video and theres another song called Shadow On The Wall. Is this guy obsessed with shadows? The one video is hilarious with him singing and the band is outside in front of a fire I couldnt stop laughing. The expressions on his face thinking he has a hit song cracks me up hahaa. why is there a girl singing on this video though? I don't mean to be a jerk about anything you listen to, its just that this was so bad I couldnt resist.

Well, I don't listen to much of this stuff at all - That song just has some nostalgic value to it for me. I expected this kind of reaction from members of this board - Then again, I'd rather listen to this than, say, "thebandthatshallneverbementionedagain" or any of those god awful "pop punk" bands like The Offspring, Good Charlotte, or whatnot. And like Ult said on his website - "Pop Punk"? Isn't that an oxymoron?

No. pop punk is a legit genre. I like it.

I like this too though. Not sure why people hate it. I think it's good pop.

Pop punk is a genre, but the term is also an oxymoron. Punk is by definition is "anti-pop". Thus to play pop-punk is an oxymoron.

I don't hate this song. I like Mike Oldfield actually, though this is not a song I was familiar with before.

This song was big in Europe throughout the 80s - I ain't no fan, this is just a song I occasionally catch on german "classic radio", and I quite enjoy it.

I like the owl.

Throw in more of a celtic feel and Loreena Mckennitt singing and i'd like it.

I rarely listen to radio, so I can still enjoy this song on occasion
