You'll have to decide that yourself. Most people on this board would probably tell you that nu-metal sucks. However, since you listed Korn as a band you like, you might like some nu-metal. Don't let other people tell you what to like and what not to like. Listen to whatever you enjoy.

Of the few "nu" bands I enjoy, SEVENDUST would be my favorite.

That should keep ya busy for a while! You probably can't buy any of these in a store (unless you have a REALLY good used CD store near you, in which case I'm moving there!). You can probably find most of them to download with things like Soulseek, etc(not really advocating, it's your choice to do that or not).
